The license key has been sent to your purchase email immediately after completing the order for any of our plugin packages.

If you have not received it, we kindly ask customers to contact our support team via the Contact Us page to retrieve their license key.

You can also request the latest plugin version by entering the email address used during purchase. Once submitted, you will receive an email containing the download link along with your license key.

For customers updating from older versions, please go to WP Dating Admin > Settings > Update Database, and click the “Update Database” button. After this, a new tab called “Activate License” will appear, where you can enter and activate your license key.

For customers who have customized their website, we recommend consulting your developer before upgrading to ensure your customizations are not affected. If your current version already meets your requirements, you may continue using it without updating.

If you are testing the plugin on a development site, a license key is not required. The unlicensed version will still include full features and functionality, however, a small notice may be displayed.
